Ready to Echo is a premium travel utility designed for clarity and confidence. These terms outline our mutual commitment to a seamless, high-integrity experience.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Ready to Echo mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.

2. License to Use the App

Adream California LLC grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the App.

3. App Store Agreements

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Adream California LLC, not with Apple Inc., Google LLC, or any other app store provider. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of service of the platform from which you downloaded it.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features, such as saving places or syncing itineraries, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Payments

The App offers various subscription tiers, including Explorer Pro (Monthly/Yearly) and Family Plan (Monthly/Yearly). All financial transactions are processed through your respective App Store account.

Subscription Terms & Automatic Renewal:

  • Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

  • Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the chosen package.

  • Management: Subscriptions may be managed by you and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

  • Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds are provided for the remaining period of an active subscription. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

Your use of the App is also subject to the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which can be found at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

6. User-Generated Content and Travel Data

You retain ownership of any itineraries, saved places, reviews, or other content you post or generate within the App. By posting content, you grant Adream California LLC a non-exclusive license to host and display that content within the App's ecosystem.

  • Ownership remains 100% with the user.

  • Export options are available for your data.

7. Copyright Infringement and DMCA Policy

Adream California LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your work has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, please contact our legal desk.

8. Location Services and Third-Party Data

As a travel utility, the App requests access to your device's location data to provide core functionality, including nearby recommendations and mapping. You may disable this at any time in device settings, though some features may become unavailable.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy at readytoecho.com/privacy. We prioritize data minimization and user autonomy.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Adream California LLC makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of third-party travel data or map provider uptime.

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver. Any legal dispute between you and Adream California LLC will be settled through individual arbitration rather than in court.
